3rd Day

Not many pictures today.

Crossed into Oklahoma this morning. It was very green and very pretty.

Ended the day just before the Texas border. It is less green and the dirt is bright red.

I did learn a few things today. I can be a very good boy in the car for hours and hours. And armadillos like to sun bathe in the middle of the road with their feet in the air. Lots and lots of armadillos.

Tonight we're watching "Taken 2".

2nd Day

Packing up to get on the road.

Hey, don't forget my bed.

And for heavens sake, don't forget my big red bag of food, toys and treats!

Lunch at the wayside. Thankfully the rain stopped long enough to eat our picnic.

Oh ya.....bed time. Tonight we are watching the Brewers. (Even though it's the Cardinals broadcast) 

1st Night

Crossed into Illinois around 6:30 pm.

Cold and rainy. Very rainy.

Mother Nature knows the Einys are on vacation.

Now we are warm and dry and gonna watch  TV before bed.

I think it's "Night at the Museum".

Looks interesting. I think I'll watch for a while.

Just need to keep this bed from moving around in the truck fo a little while longer as Dad drives us home from the campground.

It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.
